Homecare
Soma Healthcare is a UK homecare provider. Robin was built there first, which is why we can show you eleven months of it rather than a diagram.
What arrives on a homecare phone line
Medication questions. A fall. A carer who cannot get through a door. A visit that did not happen. A daughter three hundred miles away who wants to know why nobody rang her. They arrive on one number, in no order, and roughly a third of them cannot wait.

What the numbers mean in a week
Roughly a third of calls need somebody to look at them the same day, arriving among twice as many that do not.
That is the problem this solves. Not the volume. The sorting.
The record is the point
Every one of those 3,773 incidents has a caller, a time, a classification and what was decided. When a CQC inspector asks what you knew and when, the answer is a query, not an afternoon of remembering.
Robin does not write your rota and does not dispatch your carers. It handles the call and hands you the record.
